STEM Learning for Everyone
"Be a ladder, be a lamp or be a lifeboat"
I bring heart to the technical world of engineering, focused on leading women and students to break down technology barriers and create worlds of new possibilities.
I am a Professional Engineer of Ontario and I excel at Project Management and Manufacturing Engineering.
I began my professional journey in 2001 and have since worked on a number of solo and collaborative projects. I take pride in the work that I do and in the long-term relationships that I’ve built with my clients. I am a firm believer in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way! How do we help women navigate the minefield of breaking into non-traditional roles? How do we close the skills gap and engage female youth?
Stephanie answers this question with her strengths in building, networking, and tenaciously finding every single opportunity to bridge the gap between the education and business sectors. Taking her typical, multi-faceted approach, Stephanie solves problems with practicality and purpose, by understanding that all stakeholders involved have different perspectives, motivations, and goals.
